PRINTING ink manufacturer Hostmann Steinberg Asia Pacific has signed a new lease at the Lend Lease managed APPF Industrial’s $20 million Noble Park estate in Melbourne’s south east.
Hostmann Steinberg has taken a seven year lease for 2,650 sqm, at a rate believed to be around $80 per sqm for the Unit 8/450 Princes Highway property.
Savills Australia industrial director Lynton Williams, who negotiated the deal with colleague Dan Kelly, said Hostmann chose the brand new building for the efficiency gains and to cater to future expansion requirements.
The firm will relocate from Axxess Corporate Park at Mt Waverley.
