A SPRING Hill office building in Brisbane’s CBD fringe has secured a second lease.
The 70 Bowen St property in Brisbane’s CBD fringe has been leased by the Salus Partnership, a consortium of engineering, construction and finance providers focused on projects in the health sector.
The lease deal was stuck at a rental of $360,000 gross. The previous tenant in the building was also a health-related consortium, led by PDT Architects, which used the building as part of their project office for the Gold Coast Hospital.
The is owned by Maha Sinnathamby of Springfield Land Corporation, which is actively developing a range of health care services in Health City Springfield in partnership with Mater Health.
Salus Partnership has leased the modern 922 sqm office building on a short-term two-year lease, after it was introduced by Savills.
Savills office leasing senior executive Alastair Dunlop said the property is ideally suited for project office accommodation, as it just a short walk to the Brisbane CBD and Central railway station.
The building fit-out includes reception, boardroom, meeting rooms, open-plan workstations and a kitchenette.
“The large open-plan areas are ideal for achieving an efficient staff to workspace ratio that is typically sought after by project office users,” Dunlop said.
