Ray White Industrial M5 director Michael Abbott sold the property at 27 Chapel St Marrickville to a local businessman, on behalf of Caersws Pty Ltd. He said the purchaser intends to occupy the warehouse.
“We had solid interest in this property with 21 enquiries and nine inspections. The warehouse is located on the northern side of Chapel St which allows easy access to Sydney’s major arterial road system, including the M5 Motorway,” he added.
Abbott said the convenient location of the warehouse made it attractive to purchasers.
