RETAILER Snooze has opened its newest franchise in Perth after securing a 1,001 sqm outlet in the Bulkyplex at Cannington.
CBRE negotiator Alessandro Gismondi said the long term lease further strengthened the tenancy profile of the Bulkyplex.
“Snooze had no representation in the precinct and seized an extremely rare opportunity to join a prime complex with sensational exposure and a quality tenancy mix,” he added.
The 16,703 sqm Bulkyplex is situated directly opposite Beckenham Railway Station, approximately 10km from the Perth CBD.
Other tenants include the Good Guys, Anaconda, Fantastic Furniture, Furniture Spot, Baby Bunting, Kitchen Warehouse and Café Vivo.
