TYRE and wheel supplier Trelleborg Wheel Systems Pty Ltd has leased a new industrial facility in Dandenong South in Melbourne's south-east.
The company, a subsidiary of global corporation Trelleborg, will consolidate its operations at 25 Darby Way, within the prominent Logis Estate. The property comprises 1,673 sqm of warehouse space, a two storey office covering 277 sqm and four roller shutter doors under canopy.
It has committed to a seven-year term, and the rental is within the range of $80 – $90 per sqm.
CBRE’s James Jorgensen and Bryce Pane negotiated the deal on behalf of a private developer.
Jorgensen said the new facility would support Trelleborg’s growth strategy.
“The move to Darby Way has enabled the lessee to consolidate its existing two premises into a corporate style building in a high profile location – both of which are more aligned with the firm’s global image and future business position,” Jorgensen said.
