URBISJHD has appointed a leading corporate sustainability expert to improve its sustainability performance and enhance its service offering.
SallyAnn Hunting will review internal operations and analyse the firm’s culture and its impact on the environment and community to create any required improvement measures.
Hunting is the co-author of Shifting Towards Sustainability: Six insights into successful organisational change for Sustainability, where she worked closely with 10 of Australia’s leading organisations including Amcor, BHP Billion, National Australia Bank, Toyota Australia, Visy Industries and Westpac.
She has a strong background in management consulting with Andersens and Coopers & Lybrand and later spent more than 10 years in senior executive roles in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia with BT Financial Group.
More recently, she has held a senior management position with The Australian Research Institute in Education for Sustainability.
Hunting graduated from Oxford University with a Masters in Geography, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has completed a Masters in Sustainable Management (with distinction) in the inaugural class at the University of Sydney.
