King & Wilson has leased a 4,475 sqm office/warehouse at 29b Davis Rd Wetherill Park from the Lend Lease managed Australian Prime Property Fund Industrial.
The company is paying $105 per sqm for a seven-year lease with a five-year option. The annual rental is $602,966 p.a. gross.
Knight Frank`s Ryan Carey negotiated the lease and said there was strong competition amongst occupiers for this site mainly due to the exclusive hardstand area which is in high demand.
“The quality of the asset and the large exclusive yard area assisted Lend Lease in achieving the asking rental and securing a long term lease from King & Wilson who will be relocating from Sydney`s inner west,” he added.
King & Wilson`s managing director Chris Dash said the company required larger premises following the significant growth in its international household goods and personal effects transport business.
King & Wilson plans to run its entire Sydney sales and operations from Wetherill Park.
