CLINICAL Integration Solutions has leased two contiguous suites at 260 Springvale Rd Glen Waverley in Melbourne’s south-east.
Knight Frank’s Tristan Payne and James Treloar brokered the deal with the tenant signing a seven-year lease with options of five and three years for the 191 sqm space.
The net annual rental is $81,175 representing $425 per sqm net.
Payne said there had been an increase in leasing activity from the health and medical industries in prime medical precincts like Springvale Rd Glen Waverley and a number of organisations are looking to break away from hospitals into their own specialised practices.
Only three suites remain available at 260 Springvale Rd ranging from 144 sqm to 337 sqm.
