F45 training and fitness centres has signed a new lease at Docklands in an off-market deal.
Located at 818 Bourke St the property comprises a 140 sqm tenancy. F45 has signed a five-year lease with options at a rental of circa $510 per sqm net.
Savills Victorian director retail services Michael Di Carlo and Jock Thomson negotiated the deal.
“F45 sought to promote its particular brand of fitness training in a new location with maximum exposure and easy client access and saw the Docklands as providing those opportunities.
“Docklands offered a ready client base in both offices and apartments and a demographic profile attuned to health and fitness,” Di Carlo said.
The six-level 20,000 sqm building includes nine ground floor retail outlets, offices on upper level, and 175 car spaces over two levels.
