THE Prince family have sold their certified organic cattle station Westward Ho at Boulia in Central West Queensland.
Philip Prince sold Westward Ho at auction for $5.24 million. The property was acquired by Prince’s neighbour Adrian Wells, who runs the Elrose Station adjoining Westward Ho.
The sale price reflects a rate of $105 per ha.
Located 25km east of Boulia, the 50,000ha station has been with the Prince family for 47 years and runs around 2500 to 3000 heads.
The property was sold by Ray White’s Russell Wolff and Kevin Currie.
