LIDCO Architectural Systems has leased a 241sqm office in Waterloo, in Sydney’s inner-south.
The property, at level 1, unit 8, 44-48 O’Dea Avenue was leased on a two-year deal at $207.64 per sqm gross plus GST by JLL’s Edward Washer on behalf of CrownW48.
The Waterloo Business Centre is situated nearby, and the site provides access to Sydney CBD, Kingsford Smith Airport and Port Botany with direct access to the Eastern Distributor, South Dowling Street and the M5 Motorway. It is also a few minutes’ walk from Green Square Station and 30 metres from a bus stop.
