SOUTH Australian food importer, Our United Food Co, has leased a 2,900sqm office and warehouse facility at 608 Grand Junction Rd in Regency Park, in Adelaide’s inner-north.
JLL’s David Ludlow negotiated the five-plus-five year deal at $250,000 per annum gross plus GST, on behalf of 608 Grand Junction Road Pty Ltd.
The property is situated near Aldi’s distribution centre and features office area, high-clearance warehouse, loading canopy and large lay-down hardstand areas.
“The landlord worked closely and successfully with the tenant to understand their business needs and adapt the property to be fully suitable,” Ludlow said.
