Creative workspace provider Big House Arts has acquired the vacant 1,302sqm site with a 1,064 office and warehouse building for $1.175 million.
15 Johnston Court, Dandenong South, Melbourne
Offshore investors have purchased the 3,747sqm industrial site with a floor area of 2,210 per sqm for $2.968 million. It was sold on a 6.9% yield, with a lease to long-standing tenant Express Envelopes returning $204,000 per annum plus GST and outgoings.
6 Ganton Court, Williamstown North, Melbourne
City Circle Group acquired the vacant 1,200sqm office and warehouse property on a 2,700sqm site for $1.5 million.
6 & 8 Commercial Road, Highett, Melbourne
The adjoining properties sold under the hammer for $1.32 million, around $140,000 above reserve. It comprises two warehouses, one occupied and on vacant.
667 Dandenong Road, Malvern, Melbourne
The 140sqm building sold for $1.5 million, with a two-year lease to a medical centre returning $42,000 net.
114 Flinders Street, Melbourne CBD
Aviation group Landrum & Brown has leased 525sqm across the two top floors on a five-year deal at $575 per sqm.
Unit 8, 44 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, Melbourne
Oz Design Furniture has leased the 1,000sqm showroom space in the low $200s per sqm.
866 Cooper Street, Somerton, Melbourne
BKS Centre has signed a five-year lease at $95 per sqm for the 1,818sqm industrial site owned by Charter Hall.
317 Abbotts Road, Dandenong South, Melbourne
Manufacturing group Nelson Global Products Australia has agreed to a five-year deal with two five-year options at $70 per sqm for the 0.86-hectare site, which comprises a 5,285sqm office and warehouse building.
1005 High Street, Armadale, Melbourne
Women’s handbag retailer Duzen will take up residence in the 100sqm on a $65,000 per annum net deal.
52 Stephenson Street, Cremorne, Melbourne
Construction management company Project One has signed a two-year deal with a two-year option at $57,000 per annum net for the 280sqm boutique office space.
304 Doncaster Road, Balwyn North, Melbourne
Beacon Lighting has signed a decade-long deal at around $220 per sqm for the 800sqm showroom building.
7 Raleigh Street, Spotswood, Melbourne
Part of the City of Melbourne’s events department will operate out of the

The 886sqm property was leased at around $95,400 per annum on a five-year deal prior to construction being completed.

Developer Peregrine Projects acquired the 1,985sqm office building for $10.75 million, with intentions to redevelop the property with JCB Architects.
34-44 Brisbane Road, Ebbw Vale, Ipswich
Private investos have traded the 6,616sqm corner site for $9.8 million auction. It was sold at a 6.85% net yield, with a 10-year lease plus options to Q Automotive Group.
59 Export Street, Lytton, Brisbane
An investor has picked up the two-level office and warehouse, near the Port of Brisbane, for $3.655 million under the hammer. It was sold on a 7.44% yield with a lease to industrial hose manufacturer Alfagomma Australia.
7 Raleigh Street, Spotswood, Melbourne
Part of the City of Melbourne’s events departments will operate from the 1,910sqm warehouse on a six-month deal at $14,000 per annum gross plus outgoings.
90 Turner Street, Port Melbourne, Melbourne
Builder Crema Constructions has leased the industrial complex at $242,000 per annum gross to store building and construction equipment.
117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, Sydney
Ramsay Health Care has leased the 58sqm space at $30,375 per annum net.
125a Houston Road, Kingsford, Sydney
The Design Ark has signed a five-year lease at $250 per sqm gross ove the 455sqm high-clearance warehouse property, which features mezzanine office and storage space.
2 Muir Place, Wetherill Park, Sydney
Foxcom Australia has leased the 1,036sqm warehouse on a four-year deal at $119,140 per annum net.
