A 20,000 sqm site with tremendous development potential (STCA) at Greenbank, in Logan City south of Brisbane, has been snapped up by a private investor.
The property at 221 Teviot Rd Greenbank was sold by Ray White Commercial’s Jamie Davey for $1.2 million.
Davey said the site is located within the Priority Development Area of the Greater Flagstone Development Scheme.
“We had strong interest in the property from both developers and investors and in the end an investor secured the site. The site is next to Greenbank Shopping Centre and offers street frontage of approximately 117m,” he said. “There is potential for retail, commercial or residential development subject to approval,”
Davey said future local development in Greenbank, which is approximately 40 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and 15 minutes from Springfield, includes a train station, new schools and residential housing.
“The Greater Flagstone area will become home to a community of more than 100,000 residents,” he said.
