FORENSIC psychiatrist Dr Samson Roberts has leased a 207sqm space in the Sydney CBD’s 46 Market Street building.
The 5+5-year deal was negotiated by Ray White Commercial’s Elizabeth Braithwaite at $750 per sqm gross on behalf of the Coombes Property Group.
The building is located on the corner of York, Market and George Streets and underwent a major refurbishment through last decade.
