ACTIVITY in the Sunshine Coast industrial market has cranked up a gear with three properties on more than 10,000 sqm of combined land put up for sale.
Two of the properties, at 14 and 16 Venture Dr in Noosaville have been offered in one line through Savills agents Scott Gardiner and Jason O’Meara.

Heka Diprose Pty Ltd is the tenant, with their second five year term expiring at the end of July of 2026 and current net annual rental of $254,616.. Three five-year option periods are also included in the lease. Heka Group are one of the largest engineering companies on the Sunshine Coast.

Gardiner said property is ideally positioned in the established Kunda Park industrial precinct within minutes from Maroochydore CBD to the east and easy access to the Bruce Hwy to the west.
The properties are for sale via offers to purchase in respective campaigns closing October 1st.
