UNIBAIL Rodamco Westfield has divested office buildings in the La Défense business district in Paris for €213 million as part of its €4 billion disposal program.
URW is selling the Village 3, 4 and 6 office buildings to several French institutional investors,
The sale price represents a premium to the latest unaffected book value.
The offices have a combined GLA of 22,144 sqm with Orange and Orange Cyberdefense as the main tenants.
These transactions are part of URW’s €4 billion disposal program. Upon closing of these transactions, the group will have sold up to €0.8 billion worth of assets.
