ASX-listed co-working space operator WOTSO has picked up a second site in Cremorne on Sydney’s Lower North Shore that will expand its new site.
It paid $5.2 million for 239 Military Road, four months after it announced the purchase of 233-237 Military Road for $9.2 million where it will transform a 1,400 sqm 2nds World outlet into a WOTSO Workspace.
Number 239 will be used to expand the facility and offer a personal training studio and café.
“The additional asset allows WOTSO Property to promote its narrative of creating vertically integrated assets where businesses can work, eat, play and potentially even live in the same place,” the company said.
The has collected several properties over the past year, including in Mandurah in its first foray into Western Australia, and multiple purchases in Newcastle and Brookvale.
WOTSO said it is considering build to rent projects at their sites that have some development potential, including but not limited to Dickson in Canberra and Newcastle.
