QUEENSLAND builder-developer 5Point Projects has been given the go ahead for another luxury beachside apartment project, with the $80 million Faro.
With the plans for the Broadbeach apartment project ratified by the Gold Coast City Council, 5Point Projects has teamed up with Brisbane’s Bottega Group to deliver the residences at 123 Burleigh Road.
Faro Broadbeach will span 21 levels to deliver 11 full-floor sky home apartments, three two-level sub-penthouses and a three-level penthouse.
5Point Projects proposed the joint-venture partnership with Bottega Group. which secured the prime site in 2020.

The full-floor sky home apartments will include three bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the penthouse and sub-penthouses each feature five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The penthouse will be serviced by a private internal lift and will also feature a rooftop entertainment area with a private swimming pool, sundeck, outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge.
With all Faro residents to have access to a range of premium on-site amenities including a magnesium pool, private lounges, gymnasium, cabana, outdoor barbecue and entertaining area, sauna, lockers and a pet wash and surfboard wash.
The ground floor will also include bike storage spaces, a mail room located in the foyer providing a parcel locker delivery system to handle online orders. As well as three levels of basement parking and an EV fast-charging.
This comes after of 5Point recently moved forward with its plans for Ophira, a $60 million development on the beachfront at Jefferson Lane in Palm Beach, with residences to start from $6.35 million.
Construction on Faro Broadbeach is set to commence this month with completion scheduled for October 2025.
