Pier 4 has hired Paul Holowaty as vice president of property operations, Green Street News can reveal.
Based in Cambridge, Ont., Holowaty started the new position on Feb. 24.
In the role, Holowaty’s objectives include leading and maximizing the performance of Pier 4’s portfolio of multifamily assets. He’s also charged with developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.
Holowaty reports to Adam Ashby, chief executive officer, and Michael Ashby, chief financial officer.
The industry veteran made the move from Equiton Partners where he worked for five years, departing as vice president of income-producing properties. Prior to that, Holowaty worked at TerraCorp Management and Realstar Management Partnership.
