The 103-room Prestige Hotel Vernon, at 4411 32 Street in Vernon, was built in 1993, with an addition built in 1997. Owner Prestige Hotels & Resorts bought the property in 2016. The valuation works out to roughly $193,000/room. Royal LePage has the marketing assignment.
The hotel has a ballroom, a boardroom, three salons and a restaurant, Bourbon Street Bar and Grill. Amenities include a hot tub and indoor spa, a fitness room, an indoor pool and tour-bus parking.
Prestige Hotel Vernon is close to downtown Vernon and across from Vernon Square Mall. A grocery store, a liquor store and several dining options are nearby.
Vernon, with a population of 100,000, is in the popular tourist destination of North Okanagan. The city is 300 km northeast of Vancouver and 45 km north of the region’s central hub of Kelowna.
