THE Melbourne office market boom has delivered Phileo Australia a strong result for its 303 Collins St asset.
The office building has been valued at $132.50 million as at June 29 2017, which is significantly higher than previous value of $108.76 million.
It was only four years ago that Phileo considered selling the asset following the departure of major tenant, IOOF, which had occupied nine floors in the 30-level building.
However the group changed its mind following a review.
Phileo bought the office from Charter Hall for $56 million in 2009.
