Four adjoining industrial land parcels have been put up for sale in Abbotsford, B.C., for a combined $25m.
The properties at 34585 5 Avenue and 283, 339 and 391 Sumas Way span just over 4 acres in a general industrial zone. They can be purchased together or separately. Sutton WestCoast Realty has the marketing assignment.
Three of the properties are only land, while the largest houses a 20,000 sq ft building with about 1,500 sq ft of mezzanine space with offices and a lunchroom. There’s also a 6,000 sq ft quonset next to the main building.
The sales campaign notes the property’s easy access to rail service, Abbotsford International Airport and the Abbotsford-Huntingdon border crossing into Washington state, which is less than a kilometre away. The property has the potential to host a bus depot, a brewery, or farm equipment and leasing.
