MOTORBIKES and accessories retailer Bikes Plus has leased an Airport West showroom and warehouse in Melbourne’s north-west.
The property located at 87 Matthews Avenue Airport West was leased by Fitzroys agent Dean Alexander.
The tenant signed a two-year deal with a two-year option at $51,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST. The property consists a building of 456 sqm with on-site parking and roller door access from the street at rear.
“Bikes Plus were keen to take the opportunity to move from their previous Keilor Road, Niddrie tenancy and take up a high-profile site with excellent exposure to both Matthews Avenue and the Tullamarine Freeway,” Alexander said.
