FLOORING retailer Carpet Call has moved to new premises at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast.
The property at Unit 3, 171 Eumundi Rd Noosaville is located within the Noosa Décor Centre and adjacent to fellow home improvement business Amber Tiles.
Ray White Commercial Noosa consultant Gary Anders negotiated the three year lease for the 132 sqm tenancy.
He said the high profile location was an ideal for Carpet Call, which was previously located at the Noosa Civic Emporium.
“After five years of trading at the Noosa Civic Emporium, Carpet Call were keen to relocate their business to the busy Eumundi-Noosa Road location, which has excellent passing traffic.
“The high profile location has two exclusive use car parks located in front of the building,” he added.
The tenancy has a gross rental industry sources estimate to be approximately $30,000 per annum. Anders said the unit leased by Carpet Call was now listed for sale with an asking price of $385,000, and provides an approximate return of 7.5%.
