CBRE has expanded its Melbourne city sales team with the appointment of Chris Pharr.
Pharr will focus on strata office transactions in the Melbourne CBD.
CBRE’s strata office manager Tom Tuxworth said the start of 2013 has been very strong for the agency with the strata office market showing renewed confidence and strength.
