AUSTRALIA’S largest waste management company, Cleanaway has signed a 12-year pre-lease over a purpose-built facility in Keysborough being constructed by ESR CIP, the first major venture by Asian logistics giant ESR into the Australian industrial market.
The property at 2 Freight Court is will have 2,200 sqm of office space, a 2,400 sqm workshop and 600 sqm fabrication shop, as well as parking for 150 trucks and 300 cars.
CBRE negotiated the deal.
Singapore-based and Warburg Pincus-backed ESR bought out developer CIP from Charter Hall and its partners in the middle of this year.
