CUSHMAN & Wakefield has appointed Nick Bourke as head of sales and investments in Victoria.
Bourke joins Cushman & Wakefield from German group Bilfinger, where he was the head of the real estate division, where he was responsible for capturing inbound capital from offshore funds both German and Asian for real estate and infrastructure assets, totalling some A$2 billion.
“I am delighted to welcome Nick to Cushman & Wakefield with his experience in capital markets, investment and development. He will work closely with Dominic Long, newly appointed managing director of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in Melbourne, to grow the Cushman & Wakefield brand in the market,” Cushman & Wakefield chief executive James Patterson said.
“I am extremely excited to join a leading global real estate services group that has a genuine desire to gain momentum in the Australian market, with a strong bias to action to deliver superior value to clients,” Bourke said.
