OWNER occupiers have traded 1.73-hectare corner site in Melbourne’s western industrial suburb of Derrimut for around $5.1 million.
CBRE’s Ricardo Cappelletti, Tom Murphy and Harry Kalaitzis negotiated the sale of 85 Fulton Drive, which has a modern facility comprising a 2,817 sqm warehouse 450 sqm of office space.
Zoned Industrial 2, it has large concrete hardstand and extensive storage space.
Cappelletti said the demand for low site coverage opportunities continues to be a driver for a wide range of occupiers.
