DI Jones Real Estate is set to merge with LJ Hooker Wahroonga.
The new company will trade as Di Jones Real Estate.
Di Jones Real Estate will be led by CEO Rob Ward and general manager Kylie Walsh, who will lead the effort to implement a strategic growth plan for the business throughout Australia.
“This is an exciting time to be in real estate. As the market evolves, it is important to move with it,” Ward said.
Both companies combined in the last 12 months have been involved with in excess of $530 million worth of properties sold and have $1 billion worth of properties under management.
The new Australian leadership team comprises the following members:
– Rob Ward, Chief Executive, Australia
– Kylie Walsh, General Manager, Australia
– Nicki Washburn, Head of Finance
– Alexandra Hainsworth, Head of Marketing
– Bridgette Barker, Head of Property Management
– Lisa Boyle, Community Collaboration & Brand Manager
