ENGLISH language teaching group IELTS Coaching Albion has leased space at 37 Albert St Footscray in Melbourne’s inner west.
Fitzroys Martin Huang negotiated the deal at $240 per sqm gross, including six car spaces.
Huang said the IELTS Coaching group had grown throughout the western suburbs to its current five offices.
“We fielded a number of enquiries from training groups looking to capitalise on the building’s central location in the western hub of Footscray,” he said.
