A French patisserie has leased retail space within The Hub development at Elsternwick in Melbourne’s east.
The tenant has secured 77 sqm of space at Shop 4 at 242 Glenhuntly Rd Elsternwick, on the ground floor of The Hub development, a 90-unit apartment project.
The premises were formerly occupied by Gloria Jeans and Pressed Juices franchises and was only vacant for a couple of months,” Gray Johnson agent Rory White said.
“We had strong enquiry once our for lease board went up and the 77 sqm space has quickly been leased for three years with two further three year options at a commencing annual rate of $500 per sqm net.
“The incoming tenant has also secured two basement car spaces and a small product storage area,” White said.
