MIRVAC and the Perron Group have snared global fashion brand H&M to open its next Australian store at Broadway Sydney.
H&M will open its store in Spring this year as part of the centre’s $55 million redevelopment, which will introduce new fashion, beauty and food offerings.
The redevelopment includes a 3,400 sqm expansion to increase the food and fashion retail offering to approximately 31 in-demand retailers.
Mirvac’s senior development manager – retail Christina Nelson said the introduction of H&M to the centre will reinforce Broadway as a one-stop premier urban shopping destination.
H&M will occupy the second floor within the precinct.
“By bringing more prestigious retail options to the inner west, we’re giving locals the opportunity to shop for everything they need without having to venture into the city.
“H&M is the perfect addition to our current offering, which includes everything from Apple Store, JB-Hi Fi, Nike, Kmart and Target to Coles, ALDI, Hoyts and Rebel,” she added.
