Electric company EEGT is selling a plot of industrial land near Montréal for $6.9m, Green Street News can reveal.
Colliers has the marketing assignment for the 153,000 sq ft property, at 800 Rue Louis-Blériot in Mascouche’s CentrOparc. The land houses a 7,500 sq ft building and permits outdoor storage. The valuation works out to $45/sq ft.
The property, which has commercial and industrial zoning designations, is on the Highway 640 service road, 4.5 km from Highway 25 and 25 km from downtown Montréal.
The building will be available in June, as EEGT plans to relocate its operations.
