Knight Frank’s James Thorpe, Tim Grant and Stephen Kelly negotiated the sale of the 1,116 sqm corner site at 151-153 Rosamond Road.
Zoned Mixed Use, the property has a DD012 planning overlay that allows for a multi-level development that could include services apartments, hotel, residential of office space.
It also offers 37 metres of frontage to Rosamond Road.
