NEW Zealand-based global technology company Scottsdale Construction Systems Limited is moving its headquarters across the ditch after signing a five-year deal over a Loganholme office and warehouse facility.
It will pay between $120,000 and $130,000 per annum for the 4/5 Henry Street property which has 421 sqm of office space and a 300 sqm warehouse, as well as 136 sqm of mezzanine space, as well as on-site parking for 17 vehicles.
Savills, Coldwell Banker Commercial and LJ Hooker Commercial negotiated the deal.
Scottsdale is making the move to Australia under a new management structure, and it coincides with the opening of a new office in Texas in the United States later this month.
“They chose to take advantage of the huge demand for steel-frame technology providers in the construction industry in Australia, the benefit of collaboration with industry peers, and Brisbane which has that to offer,” Savills agent Myles Clentsmith.
Scottsdale’s research and development team are also relocating to Brisbane with the balance of the team.
The group operates in more than 80 countries around the world.
