IT specialist, Mail Order Software, has signed a new lease in Melbourne’s CBD.
The company has leased 167 sqm at shop 6 371 Elizabeth St on a five-year term at a rental of circa $900 per sqm p.a. net.
Savills Australia retail executive Jock Thomson and Michael Di Carlo negotiated the transaction. The lessor is S & JG Investments Pty Ltd.
Thomson said the tenant currently located in the CBD required more modern premises, which would offer room for expansion of the business.
“The lease is on the ground floor of The Argus building which has undergone an extensive redevelopment to offer tenants first rate facilities in an iconic building,” he added.
