A VERSATILE commercial site in Sydney’s inner western suburb of Marrickville has sold under the hammer for $8.95 million.
The 3,240 sqm site at 78 Edinburgh Road has a two-level building of 1,600 sqm, and has 15 car spaces and a 50-metre frontage offering easy access for trucks.
The sale price reflected a land rate of $2,762.35 per sqm and building rate of $5,593.75 per sqm.
Marketing agent Jim Marinos of LJ Hooker Commercial said the property has “fantastic future prospects”.
It is located opposite the Marrickville Metro shopping centre, and just off the base of Enmore Road and close to numerous bus routes.
Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks auctioned the property.
