A NEW store offering Middle Eastern cuisine will open in Richmond’s Swan Street as a new venture from interests associated with free range and organic butchers, Berties Butchers.
Teska Carson’s Luke Bisset negotiated the five-year lease with a five-year term at the 87 sqm 106 Swan Street shop, at $67,500 per annum net on behalf of a private Melbourne-based investor.
“The tenant was looking for a premises in a location that would immediately offer exposure to a potentially high level of prospective clientele,” Bisset said.
“The Swan Street location will provide the new store with excellent exposure in what is a very well established food and beverage precinct that continues to benefit from recent population growth.”
Berties Butchers has a butcher shop at nearby 218 Swan Street, with a BBQ and café premises at the rear.
