Mirvac has started construction of the last major stage of its Pacific Place development in Chatswood.
The Cambridge is a 25-storey residential apartment building located in the heart of Chatswood.
Cambridge will be built next to the Altura, Epica and b2e in the two hectare Pacific Place estate, which is already home to 400 residents.
Mirvac’s sales and marketing director James Bell said the group has launched construction of Cambridge well ahead of schedule following the unprecedented purchases of apartments at the other Pacific Place stages.
“Pacific Place is clear evidence there is great demand among owner-occupiers for quality apartments in Chatswood which are located close to the suburb’s main transport links. Located in the most easterly position at Pacific Place, Cambridge takes full advantage of its northerly and easterly aspects, with excellent views,” he concluded.
