A NARELLAN town centre development site has at auction to a private investor for $4.05 million plus GST.
The 5,366sqm property at 31 The Northern Rd was sold by Stonebridge Property Group on behalf of Caltex Australia at a rate of $755 per sqm.
The site has a height limit of 9.5 metres and is situated directly opposite the $200 million Narellan Town Centre expansion and close to the potential Narellan Train Station.
