TWO industrial properties in New Gisborne, 55km north west of Melbourne CBD has sold at auction by agents Sutherland Farrelly.
The first property at 32 Sauer Rd, comprising an industrial allotment of 2,707 sqm, sold for $270,000.
The second property at 34 Sauer Rd comprises an industrial site of 6,504 sqm with a high clearance factory/warehouse building of 2,060 sqm, fetched $1,120,000.
The properties form part of the New Gisborne Industrial Estate.
The properties were sold by Sutherland Farrelly in conjunction with Hunt Real Estate.
Sutherland Farrelly’s Michael Major said the high clearance factory/warehouse attracted strong interest from owner occupiers and was hotly contested between three parties.
“The versatile nature of the building and extensive hardstand were favourable features of the property,” he concluded.
