Oxford Properties and Alberta Investment Management Co. sold Bow Valley Square in Calgary to G2S2 Capital for $140m, or $100/sq ft, Storeys reported.
The sale of the four-tower complex, at 205 5 Avenue SW, was reported earlier without the price. The property spans 1.4m sq ft of office, retail and commercial space.
Completed in 1982, the building underwent a $40m renovation in 2019 and is designated LEED platinum, according to Storeys. The four-tower property has access to the +15 skywalk and CTrain systems.
