RAINE & Horne, which is celebrating 140 years of operation this year, is renewing its focus on its rural agency business, and is set to add two new offices to its network in the NSW Upper Hunter region.
Raine & Horne Rural currently has a network of 10 offices across NSW and seven offices in Queensland, and the company operates rural offices in South Australia and Western Australia.
The renewed focus on the rural business has paved the way for two brand-new offices in the NSW Upper Hunter to join the network in August, and the agency is also planning to establish its presence in the Northern Territory.
Raine & Horne network manager, Travis Wentriro, said, “We are partnering with existing long-term businesses with a strong presence in regional areas. We aim to amplify their rural real estate services and provide comprehensive support as they embrace the Raine & Horne Rural brand.”
Raine & Horne Rural Southern Highlands in NSW recently ramped up its rural services with the listing of “The Meadows”, a 385-acre property located in Moss Vale that is set to be auctioned with a price guide of $12.5 million to $13.5 million, according to the selling agent, George Kolovos.
“This brand focus allows our existing regional offices to further expand their rural businesses, deliver exceptional services to clients, and encourage new offices to join Raine & Horne Rural,” said Angus Raine, executive chairman of Raine & Horne, stated.
Raine & Horne was founded in 1883 when Angus Raine’s great-great-grandfather, Tom Raine, and his business partner, Joseph Horne, established a business with the primary focus on the management of rural estates for affluent colonial families, Angus Raine said, including the Coopers and Wentworths.
