THE expansion of Ray White’s customer service division has seen the agency move to a new headquarters in inner Brisbane.
Ray White Concierge signed a six-year lease over a 387sqm space at 3/62 Astor Terrace in Spring Hill at $425 per sqm.
The third-floor premises will accommodate 65 staff, and comprises a wraparound balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Ray White negotiated the deal with lessor Trident Corporation.
