GOLD Coast property and diversified financial services company City Pacific has appointed receivers and managers to the company.
Ian Carson, Daniel Bryant and Grant Sparks of PBD has been appointed to take control of City Pacific’s business and assets.
Carson said City Pacific folded after it loss the job as the manager of the City Pacific First Mortgage Fund to Balmain Trilogy.
He added that the loss had a significant impact upon City Pacific’s ability to service debts and remain viable.
