CP1 Limited, a property development company associated with City Pacific, has folded.
Yesterday CP1 and its company Marina Cove Pty Ltd appointed Ian Carson, Daniel Bryant and Grant Sparks of PPB as receivers and managers.
Carson said the receivers are working their way through the initial stages of the receivership.
“Marina’s Cove Martha Cove development is a unique asset with significant potential for long term appreciation, which has suffered due to the current financial crisis,” he added.
