A FORMER restaurant and function centre at Fairfield in Sydney’s western suburbs has been sold at auction by Savills for $1.425 million.
Formerly the Monte Carlo reception centre, the property was sold by Robert Lowe and Nathan Michael of Savills NSW metropolitan & regional sales and leasing, under instruction from Ernst & Young receivers and managers.
Located at 10/64 Ware St Fairfield, the vacant retail/commercial property occupies the entire first floor of 1,400 sqm of strata floor space.
The buyers of the property are associated with the owners of the Paradiso function centre, also located in Fairfield, the Naamo family.
Lowe said the property is prominently located in the main retail strip of Fairfield, one of the key commercial centres of western Sydney.
