SOUTHERN Estate Wines’ 4-hectare winery near Griffith, in the New South Wales Riverina district, is being offered to the market by receivers McGrathNicol.
Part of the Dal Broi Group, Southern Estate Wines was placed in the hands of McGrathNicol in July.
The winery is being marketed by Colliers International could fetch as much as $9.5 million.
Dal Broi Family Wines’ portfolio concludes 400 hectares of vineyards, 250 hectares of rice and 1,000 hectares of wheat.
