LISTED industrial services company Service Stream is set to relocate its operations from 555 Lonsdale Street to 355 Spencer Street West Melbourne.
The company has secured two floors in two separate leases negotiated through Jones Lang LaSalle’s Richard Norman. The city fringe building is owned by Bennelong. Colliers International were acting as marketing agents for the landlord.
Service Stream will occupy 2,500 sqm over levels 1 and 3 of for two years totaling approximately 1,250 sqm each.
Starting rents for the deals have not been disclosed however the floors were being marketed at $280 per sqm per annum gross, according to industry sources.
